On The Cover NEW RELEASE - Crafty Stamp Co.

 

Hey all! Happy Thursday! Today I have another fun card for everyone featuring the NEW RELEASE On The Cover 4x6 Clear Stamp Set. I think one of the things I love the most about this release is there are so many sentiments that encouraging. Think of how many cards you can create to let someone know you are excited for them. I was so excited when I created this card using just On The Cover Clear Stamp Set and a few sentiments from other new release stamp sets. 

 

I am not one to make flat card, we know this, so this is as close as I get. But the On The Cover Clear Stamp Set really works for this. You don't need a bunch of images to make a great card like this one. I did use the Wonder Dog Gracie Clear Stamp Set because I wanted to use the "nothing is impawssible" sentiment but it wouldn't make sense without a dog. So I use the little logo dog up in the corner. 

 

With the cover layer of the card popped up the only other thing I popped up was the "omg!" sentiment from Super Sentiments Clear Stamp Set. I feel that sentiment really shows a lot of excitement. It is stamped on the layer, but then cut out along the line to pop it up just a bit on the card. 

 

The "you did it" sentiment was put into the blank comic bubble so it could be wow and exciting as well. 

My colors I know are a little off for me, but for some reason it started to make me think of an old vintage advertisement , comic and even made me think of those old S&H green stamps my mom used to fill up when she got the little stamps from the store for rewards. I was always the one wanting to lick them (gross I can't believe I wanted to do that haha) to stick them in the book. Something was wrong with me, I know haha! 

 

I love that most of the sentiments from every stamp set of the release will fit in the blank part of the On The Cover stamp. 

I didn't even put any embellishments on this card <GASP!> Yes, I know you are shocked as much as I am.

• Base: 4 1/4 x 11 scored at 5 1/2 
• White scraps and 3 1/4 x 4 1/4 for On The Cover stamp
