My FIRST EVER and an Update!
Hey all! Happy Wednesday!! Today I am sharing with you a card I created featuring almost ALL the NEW RELEASE clear stamp sets! Yes, I did my FIRST EVER masked scene using Gina K Masking paper! It was SO FUN! Took me a little bit, but I can tell you that I will be doing a lot more of these! It was so fun.. yes I already used that word but it was amazing! I also have more news for you as well! So keep reading!
After stamping things, and not all of it went to plan, as you really have to think about what goes where. I actually stamped everything on the Gina K masking paper, cut everything out, then built my scene using the little images on the paper. After I got everything where I wanted it... I started stamping.. but DUH you have to stamp it backwards which I am not used to doing.
Can you see the little pumpkin just under the coffee cup with the heart... yes I wanted that one out front and center.. but didn't do it right. But this is just my first try so I will get better! I also wanted to put floating leaves but .. nope haha!
These little guys came out right though I am really happy about this, and actually the whole card! I had planned on doing a dirt grassy bottom with my distress oxide inks the way I did the autumn sky, but ended up not liking it so I cut it off and made an even better card! I did a gate fold on the card and plan on putting a starbucks giftcard on the inside of it.
I had a lot of fun with the sentiments! I am a pumpkin spice all day every day of the YEAR kind a gal! so this card is AWESOME to me! haha!
ha! Just one more sip... not for this girl it would be gallon for sure!
So for the updated news!
We wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for the incredible support you have shown us on Kickstarter.
While we may not have been able to reach our full funding goal, we want you to know that your generous contributions will still make a significant impact on our journey. However, since the Kickstarter campaign was not fully funded - you will NOT be charged and we will NOT receive any money.
Rest assured, we have a backup plan in place to ensure that each and every one of you will receive your well-deserved rewards. With what was pledged here on kickstarter not only would these funds help us kickstart (no pun intended) production for this release, but it will also pave the way for future exciting projects. Additionally, with your support, we'll be able to cover the entry fees into the Scrapbook Expo – an opportunity that wouldn't have been possible without you!
If you would like to continue to support us and get these great crafty rewards please check out our store on our website https://copictopia.com or https://bit.ly/SupportCopictopiaCreative
Please know, we do have other plans in store as well. Meadow and I have submitted our video to the Amber Grant. We are also looking at other grants for women in small business. We are committed and determined to make our dream come true!
Again thank you to everyone - it really does mean more than you will ever know to see all the love and the support from our community!
