Perfect Cup The Cat's Pajamas & Coffee Lovers Blog Hop
[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Hey all! Today is going to be a really fun day! I have a fun card to show you for the Spring/Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop! I really love the stamp sets that I am using today to show you this adorable little coffee card!
The first stamp set that I am using is from The Cat's Pajamas. I love these little penguins and they really make me laugh! They are from the Big Cups stamp set. There are some really cute sentiments, but I didn't want to do the same thing as the rest of the team so I made mine a bit differently.

They really make me laugh and I can't stop thinking about it. I used the sentiment from Sponsored by because I thought it was funny that one penguin I made had 2 cups on his head as if he just wasn't getting enough... and the other one had flipped over in his pursuit of the perfect cup of coffee in the morning. Which I would probably be like either one of these little guys on any given morning haha!

I used the Four Seasons Duo Die Cuts to cut out the sentiment. I also used the sun from the Four Seasons Duo Die Cuts to indicate the wonderful sun coming up in the morning. I actually glued down the sun rays while I popped up the center of the sun with the sentiment itself. I really like how that part came out.

I also felt that it needed "something" but I wanted to bring more of the yellow in the sun out and have it really move around the whole card. I decided that I have not used this ribbon for a long time so I wanted to use it. Plus, this ribbon is the best ribbon ever to make the double and triple bows I love so much. I kind of messed up on this one because I was talking to Meadow at the same time, but it came out really fun so I went with it haha!! It has one side as a double bow and the other side is a triple bow... don't ask how I did it because I wasn't paying attention haha!

The last thing I did was added some little sequins in the colors of the cards. OH! I also used a stencil to put some texture I thought would look cute with the rest of the card.

The Copic Markers I used are:
